Guest laundry:

It is a service that is offered in the condominium for clothes that do not need to be dry washed. It is necessary to acquire the cleaning pack: detergent, softener, and spray starch. It has a cost of US$ 15.
Laundry and Dry Cleaning, they have specific prices per cloth.
Ironing is offered twice a week in the condominium at a cost of US $10.

Food preparation:

The preparation of dinner is done in your condominium by our cook. (a) the cost of the preparation of foods in a range of 1-3 persons is US $10 and 4-6 persons US $15. For ingredients you must add US$5 per person.

           
Movie rental:

It has a cost of US$2 per day. Please ask for the movie of your interest in our administration and it will be delivered within 1 hour.

        
Babysitting:

The service is offered Monday through Saturday, starting at 4 pm and for a maximum of 8 hours daily. Price/hour US $10. 

           
Car Rental:

We have excellent , daily, weekly, monthly corporate rates. We offer sedans and 4WD vehicles. Ask the administration for prices.

          
  Breakfast package:

 As a courtesy, we offer you a basket with breakfast products.

Besides the services already mentioned, we also offer: daily cleaning, Internet, bottled water, cell phone rentals, airport transportation, tour organization to different attractions in Costa Rica.
