What distance is there from the Apartotel to…?
The airport: it’s located about X Km from the city (aprox. 15 minutes)
There exists a taxi service: if you prefer, request this service to the hotel with a cost of xxx colones.
To San Jose: it’s located at X Km (aprox. 30 minutes)
There exists a service of car rentals and urban transport.
¿Existe servicio de taxis?
Existe servicio de alquiler de autos. Si lo prefiere, solicite este servicio al Hotel. Existe servicio de transporte urbano, autobús que lo deja en el Centro de Escazú y el Centro de San José. El servicio es de cada 30 minutos.
Does the Apartotel have room service?
The Hotel offers room service until the 1.00hs. In the any if the main bedrooms you’ll find the folder with any of the different options.
Does the Apartotel offer laundry service?
Yes, we offer a “regular” service with delivery in 24hrs and another service called “fast or for the day”.  The Apartotel has washer and dryer machines that are available for the use of our guests. Also, we offer a laundry service in the Apartotel where we offer this service to our guest who pays by cloth cleaned. We also offer a special rate for a month for our guests that stay for a long period of time.
What are the condominiums equipped with?
The condominiums are equipped with: Kitchen, refrigerator, crockery, glasswork, silverware, white line, pots, hair dryer, soppers, safety box, television with DVD, cable television, iron and ironing table, domestic service with the exception of the cook, executive desk, microwave oven, and air conditioning. 
Does the Apartotel offer a garage?
The Apartotel has a totally covered garage with surveillance without any additional cost.
What is the minimum stay?
The Apartotel does not have a minimum stay. We have had guests from 1 night to over 3 years.
Is there daily cleaning in the condominiums?
Yes, every condominium will be cleaned every day including Sundays.
Do you offer an Internet service and e-mail? With what communications does the Apartotel supply people?
The Apartotel has high speed Internet cable connection, which can be accessed from the confort of your condominium.
With which credit cards can I cancel my account? Do you accept traveler’s checks?
Villas Torres del Campo accepts: Master Card, American Express and Visa. We also accept travelers checks.
Does the Apartotel offer babysitting service?
The Apartotel offers babysitting service under the requirements of our guests. The cost is US$ 7 per hour.
What are the types of food services that the Apartotel offer and what is its schedule?
The apartments are equipped with everything necessary to prepare food just like at home.
Which are the schedule for the check in/checkout?
The schedule for the check in is at the X hrs and the schedule for the check out is at X hrs.
Which are the schedules for the commercial area and the banks?
The commercial area open Mondays through Saturday from 9 to 13 hrs and 16 to 21 hrs. Sundays from 18 to 20 hrs. The banks open Mondays through Fridays from 9 to 14 hrs.
What medical services does the city offer us?
The city offers our guests with various clinics and hospitals.
Where can I rent a car?
You can rent vehicles from Avis Rent a Car with special rates for our customers residing in our Apartotel.
